How does Azendoo’s pricing work?

Azendoo's subscription is simple and straightforward. We base our prices on the number of people you have in your Azendoo organization. As your organization grows, you are entitled to volume discounts. Contact Us.

How long am I locked in for?

Your choice! You can pick between a monthly subscription or an annual subscription. If you choose a long-term commitment, we offer two months for free on the annual subscription. You are free to renew or suspend your subscription at the end of each billing period.

How does my subscription adjust when I add users?

You can add as many new teammates as you need, at any time. In order to let you grow without friction, your monthly or annual subscription and bill will adjust automatically to cover current usage.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can purchase Azendoo with any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). For annual subscriptions for over 50 members, we can issue an invoice payable by bank transfer or check. Please contact us to arrange a purchase invoice. Monthly purchases must be paid for by credit card.

How secure is Azendoo?

Protecting the data you entrust to Azendoo is our first priority. Everything you or your organization post to Azendoo is private and each organization owns its data. You can find our privacy policy here.

Can we get refunds?

Your account admin can cancel the organization’s account. The subscription will remain active at its current level through the end of the billing period that you've already paid for. We do not offer refunds.
