Collection and use of your personal data.

The company Azendoo SASU, based at 52 allées de Tourny in Bordeaux, to which the Azendoo application belongs, complies with the French law “Informatique et Libertés” n°78 of January 6, 1978, as amended, as well as Regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016.

As the Data Controller under the “Informatique et Libertés” law, Azendoo SASU is responsible for the personal data it collects.

In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act, you are informed that Azendoo SASU automatically processes your personal data, in particular when you connect to our web application or when you fill in online forms.

Azendoo collects the following personal data: full name, IP address, telephone number, user-agent. The IP address as well as the user-agent are recorded in order to detect and delete spam. The telephone number (if provided by the user at the time of registration) will be used by Azendoo SASU to establish commercial contact with the customer.

Your personal data will only be communicated to third parties for analysis purposes and will under no circumstances be processed, sold or reused for commercial purposes.

Your personal data is kept only for the purposes of the proper functioning of the service and is deleted as soon as possible, i.e. when deleting workspaces in which the user has participated.

Accessing your data

In accordance with article 15 of the GDPR, if you have an account or if you have left comments on the site, you can request via our contact address ([email protected]) to receive a file containing all the personal data we hold about you, including those you have provided. You can also request the deletion of your personal data. This does not include data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.

Rectification of your data

In accordance with article 16 of the GDPR, you can exercise your right to rectify your personal data. Most of these data (name and surname for example) can be modified directly via your profile in the application. Limit of responsibility

In accordance with Azendoo’s Terms of Use, you are entirely responsible for what you or anyone using your account copy, share, upload, download or otherwise use while using Azendoo. Azendoo will make every effort to ensure that user content and data is not lost or corrupted, but we advise you to ensure that you back up all your user content and data.

Misuse and personal protection

Azendoo allows you to upload files, which will be stored in Azendoo’s database. By accepting this privacy policy, you also agree to be solely responsible for the information you upload. Likewise, you agree not to upload to Azendoo any documents of any kind that could be harmful to another person. If you feel that a document should be deleted, write to [email protected] specifying the workspace where the document should be deleted.

Cookies

What are “Cookies”?

A cookie is a text file that records information about your internet browsing. This file, placed on the user’s hard disk during a consultation by the server site, cannot contain a virus or be executed. It is not active. Moreover, you can read, destroy or modify it. A cookie cannot be used to retrieve personal data from your hard disk, read your e-mail address or obtain personal information.

The cookies used by Azendoo

If you leave a comment on our site, you will be offered to save your name, e-mail address and website in cookies. This is only for your convenience so that you do not have to enter this information if you leave another comment later. These cookies expire after one year.

If you go to the login page, a temporary cookie will be created to determine if your browser accepts cookies. It does not contain any personal data and will be deleted automatically when you close your browser. When you log in, we will set a number of cookies to save your login information and screen preferences.

The lifetime of a login cookie is two days, and the lifetime of a screen option cookie is one year. If you check “Remember me”, your cookie will be retained for one year.

If you log out of your account, the cookie will be deleted. When you edit or post a publication, an additional cookie will be stored in your browser. This cookie does not contain any personal data. It simply indicates the ID of the publication you have just modified. It expires after one day.
